REVIEW (from Kimota #9) Writer’s Group anthologies can be a mixed blessing with writers of varying abilities and styles thrown together. However, sometimes the dross makes the gems gleam more brightly. Gravity’s Angels is an anthology which somewhat breaks this mould, there is a balance on the side of the gems. It would be unhelpful to pick out what this reviewer regards as the poorer stories, as such a thing is subjective, but the diamond for me was Road Kill by Miriam Robertson, which effortlessly transported the reader from a nursing home to the wildwoods of imagination. There is much to appreciate in this little book, and many of the contributors are likely to be well known in the future. Graeme Hurry
